We never ship on products' own packaging! We always put items into special shipping boxes for the added protection of YOUR items! What will happen after you send payment If your payment came through fine, your shipping address is confirmed by PayPal, and you provided your telephone number , there is nothing else that you need to do, your items will be shipped out the next business day (or sooner), and you will receive a "Notification of Shipping" email from us (with tracking information if applicable) once your items are actually shipped out. If you provided an "unconfirmed " shipping address, you MUST provide us a sound reason because in order to protect sellers and buyers, both eBay and PayPal do not suggest sellers to ship anything to unconfirmed shipping addresses, and you will not be protected by eBay or PayPal for the transaction. Package Tracking and Delivery Almost all packages we ship out can be tracked online through the shipping carrier's web site. You will receive shipping and tracking information from us in the "Notification of Shipping" email after your package is physically shipped out. For small light weight items, especially those that Buyer chose NOT to purchase the shipping insurance, the package will most likely be shipped out via USPS standard shipping service. USPS does NOT have a good online status tracking system and in some cases the shipping status for a package might not get updated until it is delivered, we have no control on that. However, in almost all cases, we have found that USPS standard shipping is the fastest standard shipping service among all shipping carriers. Also note USPS and other shipping carriers might NOT update shipping status during weekend. If daily online shipping status tracking is absolutely a must to you, please contact me immediately after you submit your payment, you might need to pay additional shipping fee, and we will try to arrange the shipping of your item through other shipping carriers. Signature from an adult at the delivery address is mandatory when total transaction amount is over US$250, the shipping carrier will not deliver the package without the signature. The mandatory signature requirement is to ensure safer transactions and is set by PayPal, we will not be able to ship your package without the mandatory signature requirement when total transaction amount is over US$250. Communication and Note for Certain ISP Email Users The best way to communicate with us is through email and ebay's contact member channel, normally you will receive our email reply within hours. Each item we sell has been completely tested by our technicians to ensure its high quality. All sales are final, no return or exchange accepted. For DOA/return/exchange (if we agreed to accept), buyer MUST contact us to obtain a RMA Number before sending anything back to us. For security reason, packages received without valid RMA Numbers are discarded immediately. DOA/return/exchange items must be in their original brand new resellable condition and cannot be modified or altered in any way. Items must be in their original packing with ALL accessories and wrappings. Items must be well packed and we are not responsible for shipping damage or lost. Buyer MUST explain to us BEFORE sending any item back if your item is not in the condition described here, otherwise your item will be shipped back to you as soon as received by us.
