Any order after this will be sent out the following working day.
iQuatics use a selective few methods of delivery to ensure we give the best service in the industry.
Delivery Address: Please ensure you give your correct delivery address. Any incorrect and incomplete address risks being returned back to iQuatics. In these cases you will be liable for a delivery charge before re-despatch.
The delivery address will be directly copied from the address provided; we take no responsibility for lost post due to incorrect postal details being supplied.
Standard small packets delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ service will give you complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.

With Recorded Signed For™, we aim to deliver your item the next working day. This service is not a guaranteed next day delivery. Time can change dependant on weather and busy festive seasons.
For guaranteed next day delivery for your items, orders will be sent out using UPS courier service. You will be provided with a tracking number. UPS will attempt to deliver the item up to 3 times. If for some reason you are not available on the third attempt you will be charged for the return of the item to our warehouse.
UPS next day delivery is only for UK Mainland postcodes. iQuatics will dispatch orders with this option selected by next day courier however once the item is in the courier’s possession it is out of our control therefore the £2.50 charge cannot be refunded if the courier fails the next day delivery attempt.
If your item does not arrive by the expected time/date please let us know so we can get the item traced as fast and efficiently as possible.
International Postage
All of our small packet items are delivered by Royal Mail International Signed For™.
All items are tracked until they leave the UK – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. Check the progress of your item online until it reaches the destination country’s postal service as a registered item.
With International Signed For™ delivery our delivery is usually within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world. These times are not guaranteed.
In non European countries a customs form needs to be filled in. iQuatics will accept no responsibility for any duty incurred by customs.
Please DO NOT send the item back until you have confirmation from iQuatics, as many issues can be resolved without the item being returned.

The more information you supply the quicker the process of getting the problem rectified. A member of the iQuatics team will contact you once the RMA form has been completed.
If you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours of expected delivery date of returned item please check your courier tracking to confirm that we have received the item.
If you do not have proof of delivery and a tracking number we will be unable to issue a refund if it goes missing in the post. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Postage and packaging charges: If returning an item due to receiving an incorrect order, the return postage cost will be paid by iQuatics. If you are returning the product due to ordering the incorrect item, then you are responsible for the cost of postage.
iQuatics offer free deliver to our UK mainland customers, however in the event that you have purchased an item and require a refund, the original cost of postage and packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
Item condition: If you return the product, it has to be returned in the original packaging and unused and unopened. Please make sure when returned the packaging is in fully protected condition as full refunds will not be issued on damaged returns.
If in case of damaged item please keep original packaging as the delivery company may require this to be sent in at a later date.
iQuatics will only take responsibility for any items once they have arrived in our depot and we have signed and checked them.
