  2. The order is sent with Colissimo (La Poste) or Mondial Relay depending on your choice of delivery.
  3. Once the order has been sent,the tracking number will be added and you can follow your order; tracking status may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the carrier.

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office or relay point, I no longer have any power over the delivery time or the package.If you find a delay, please check the tracking number status first, it will tell you where the package is located.
