Jacques CHIRAC :
Jacques Chirac, né le 29 novembre 1932 dans le 5ᵉ arrondissement de Paris et mort le 26 septembre 2019 dans le 6ᵉ arrondissement de la même ville, est un haut fonctionnaire et homme d'État français. Il est Premier ministre de 1974 à 1976, puis de 1986 à 1988, et président de la République de 1995 à 2007
Général PATTON : Né le 11 novembre 1885 à San Marino en Californie et mort le 21 décembre 1945 à Heidelberg en Allemagne, est un général « quatre étoiles » de l'Armée de terre américaine qui a notamment commandé la 7e puis la 3e armée américaine sur le théâtre européen des opérations de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Arthur HARTMANN : 12 mars 1926 – 16 mars 2015, est un diplomate américain, ambassadeur des États-Unis en France durant la présidence de Jimmy Carter et ambassadeur des États-Unis en Russie durant celle de Ronald Reagan. Parmi ses nombreuses affectations au département d'État au fil des ans figurent des postes à Paris, Saïgon, Londres et Bruxelles comme chef adjoint de la mission des États-Unis auprès de l'Union européenne. En 1974, Hartman est nommé secrétaire d'État assistant pour l'Europe et l'Eurasie. De 1977 jusqu'en 1981, il est ambassadeur en France2 et de 1981 jusqu'en 1987 ambassadeur en Union soviétique

Jacques CHIRAC: Jacques Chirac , born on 29 November 1932 in the 5ᵉ arrondissement of Paris and died on 26 September 2019 in the 6ᵉ arrondissement of the same city, was a French senior civil servant and statesman. He was Prime Minister from 1974 to 1976, then from 1986 to 1988, and President of the Republic from 1995 to 2007
General PATTON : Born on 11 November 1885 in San Marino, California, and died on 21 December 1945 in Heidelberg, Germany, was a four-star general in the US Army who commanded the 7th and then the 3rd US Armies in the European theatre of operations during the Second World War.
Arthur HARTMANN : 12 March 1926 - 16 March 2015, was an American diplomat, US Ambassador to France during Jimmy Carter's presidency and US Ambassador to Russia during Ronald Reagan's presidency. Among his many State Department assignments over the years were posts in Paris, Saigon, London and Brussels as Deputy Chief of Mission to the European Union. In 1974, Hartman was appointed Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia. From 1977 to 1981, he was ambassador to France2 and from 1981 to 1987 ambassador to the Soviet Union.
