With the Tremendour Power Rack, CAPITAL SPORTS delivers the ideal multifunctional trainer for serious muscle building in any home gym. As is known in fitness studios, a power cage is an essential tool for exercises involving the use of weights and barbells, especially if you want to train alone safely.

The cable pulley attachment extends the practical functions of the rack. The lat pull tower trains the arm and chest muscles in addition to the latissimus dorsi, where it gets its name. The lower cable pull can be used for rowing or scooping to strengthen the muscles of the entire upper body.
