All orders dispatched same day if payment has cleared and order comes through before 2pm. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Should you have any problems ie * If you do not receive your goods within 7 days. * You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery. Please contact us immediately via the contact us page. If you do not contact us within seven working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for a duration of time depending on the delivery service used. If the package has not been successfully delivered or collected from the depot within the time scale given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any costs incurred by us if there was genuine failure on your part to make arrangements for goods to be obtained or received. We use established delivery services such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL and UK Mail among others depending on the service required. If you have a special requirement, conditions or request in relation to the delivery service you require please be sure to inform us before placing your order. Health and beauty products are exempt from 30 day remorse returns due to hygiene, health and safety reasons and cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults. Standard 12 months warranty will still apply for faults and defects unless other wise stated. If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival you must notify us within 24 hours otherwise the courier will refuse to accept any claims of responsibility. When we receive returns our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in it's original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day returns are received but please allow up to 14 days for the funds to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as Paypal delays or payment system bugs.
