Aloe 'Christmas Carol' choice 9cm New US Hybrid collectors succulent / cactus

This Aloe is a new Kelly Griffin hybrid from the US and is from a series of smaller growing Aloes chosen for their leaf colour and texture.   A few of the new miniature Aloe hybrids are now being produced by tissue culture.

This one Aloe ‘Christmas Carol’ is smaller growing and has superb texture with a rosette of deep green textured leaves with bright pink edging. The full colour will show as the plant grows and the pink becomes brighter.    It will offset at a small size.  It is the plant in the photo.

The plant in the last photo shows a larger plant in the collection and is shown for reference only.  The plant on offer is the smaller one shown in the first photos measuring 9.5cms across.  

• They like to grow in a bright spot preferably in full sun.  They are not frost hardy, water when dry, about every two weeks. Keep dry during the winter.  

• Post and packing in the UK is £3.90 flat rate for any number of plants.  We only charge the actual cost of postage and packing materials.
• Postage to Europe is £9.50 and we use Priority Recorded Post with signature on receipt, postage for extra plants is another 40p each.
• Sorry but we can’t post outside Europe as Phytosanitary and CITES permits are too expensive and take weeks to obtain.

• The plant will be sent ex pots and posted first class and well packed. On receipt pot into free draining compost, we suggest a mix of two parts good quality John Innes soil based compost to one part coarse grit. Use fairly shallow pots, most cacti and succulents are not deep rooted.
• Payment is best made by Paypal as it is speedy and secure.
• The plant will be sent within a few days of receipt of payment.  If they have been recently watered a few days are necessary to allow it to dry before posting.
