Radio - cassette SONY CFS-81 L portable - vintage in good working condition . This FM GO PO and cassette

 radio was made in Japan with first class components, it was a reference in terms of quality. Operates on 220V or

 8 x 1.5V batteries (not supplied) or a 12V car plug (not supplied).

The radio was only tested on FM long-wave radio, and I'd like to point out that the volume potentiometer crackles

 a little when turned, due to the dust that has accumulated with age. Ideally, it should be treated with a special

 WD40 for electrical contact, which I don't have. The sound is clear once on the station and the volume

 potentiometer fixed. For untested short-wave channels, an external aerial seems essential to pick up SW and

 MW correctly.   The device was also tested on audio cassette with no operating problems (listening forwards,

 backwards and pause). The only problem was that the aerial was slightly warped, but this did not affect its

 operation. 4 loudspeakers are fitted.
