Please note that customised/ personalised   t shirts  are non-returnable & non refundable.

If a customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund. The customer must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased (shipping is not refunded). Please note that many of items are offered with free postage but it does actually cost to post the item, therefore, postage charges will be deducted from them. 

Non-Faulty Goods Return Policy: At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for replacement goods, or we may offer a refund equal to 80% of the purchase price deducting 20% or £3.99 per item (whichever is greater) as a handling fee.

The goods are returned in perfect condition

The goods are returned within fourteen days of purchase; and

You produce proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours so that we can provide you details on how to send it to us. If after checking, we do find the returned goods to be faulty or damaged, we will process a full refund including the P&P. Please be careful when selecting the size of your Clothing, if you are in any doubt what so ever, please send an email to us with your query and we will ensure that you get the Right Size. In the interest of Hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any type of Under Garments unless faulty. International Returns:  We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Ebay that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund excluding shipping charges, but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
