If the goods are faulty/damaged on delivery Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, customers do sometimes receive products which are damaged in transit. Please inspect all deliveries from Litecraft as soon as you receive them and not when you are going to fit or install the products. The outer packaging may look UN-damaged but you still need to inspect the product that you have ordered when you receive it. If you do find that your order is damaged in anyway on receipt then please contact Litecraft customer services as soon as possible so we can arrange to collection and replacement of your goods. If you change your mind Here at Litecraft we offer a 30 days no questions asked money back guarantee (UK ONLY). If you wish to return any goods you must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 30 days beginning on the day of delivery of those goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted. Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps (light bulbs). Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us Litecraft.
