For over 30 years Sterling have been hand building pro level instruments in the UK, today some of the countries top players use the Sterling model as their 1st choice of instrument. If you are looking at this item you will probably know all about the Sterling Virtuoso euphonium and how highly regarded the instrument is by todays euphonium players and also how much the instrument costs new

This instrument is listed as new other as although new out of the case just before Xmas we have used it as a demonstrator/loan instrument over the last 4 months. The instrument is the top of the range Virtuoso model, is probably the best euphonium on the market today and is 100% British built. This particular example is a high spec model and comes with the heavy bell option, heavy 4th valve bottom cap and main tuning slide trigger, with these options (worth over £2000) the instrument has a retail price of arond £6500.

There are no dents or dings in the instrument and it will be cleaned and polished before dispatch so it will show minimal signs of usage, we will also change the felts and water key corks for new replacemnts so that they are as the instrument was when taken out of the case 4 months ago. The instrument is supplied in its correct German manufactured Sterling embossed Jacob Winter hard case (same as Geneva and Besson sovereign) which shows slight signs of use (couple of scuffs on the exterior of the case)

 

Please note the instrument currently is not fiited with gold trim/slides however should you require this option for an additional amount we will send the slides/caps/waterkeys etc off to the Sterling plating factory to have them plated to Sterlings own specification
