Shipping We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. Note a signature is required on receipt of your delivery, If you are unavailable our couriers will leave a card for you to respond too if access is available. If we or they do not hear from you within 24hrs and the item is returned to us undelivered at our cost we will assume that you do not want the item/items and reserve the right to issue a refund to you for the items price alone. Note also that if you supply us with incorrect address details we will not be held responsible for any losses or lack of delivery due to your own negligence in providing incorrect information, we reserve the right not to refund you in these instances and pass all responsibility on to you for your actions that are out of our control.
