Payment

We only accept payments through PayPal. However, debit or credit cards (Visa, Switch, MasterCard/Eurocard and American express) can be accepted through PayPal. Please make payment within 3 days of check out to avoid the activation of eBay case resolution. Once your payment has been cleared, we should ship your item within 1-2 business days. Most items are dispatched within 1 working day. 

Shipping

Our dispatch systems in collaboration with efficient delivery services ensure that the purchased goods reach you in a timely manner and in an ideal condition. Items are often dispatched 1st class within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Our main courier is Royal Mail for small size items weighing less than 2kg; for bigger items, oversize or those above 2kg, they are dispatched through other couriers depending on the availability of the courier at the time of dispatch. Please verify your address before checkout as we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Returns

Return and exchange are accepted; in case you have changed your mind or wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then provide you with instructions that will help us process your case efficiently. Funds will not be refunded until the returned product is received.
