Shipping Policy

• Countries including Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Bosnia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, Bosnia and Asia, please note you " MUST" choose your shipping method as "International Signed For" from postage options while purchasing your item from our store as we do not send orders to these countries on a standard postage due to increase in number of complaints for items not received. This listing is with standard listing and hence you will need to choose the correct postage option you require while buying this item. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Most deliveries are via our shipping carrier partner, Royal Mail ; however, orders that weigh more than 2 kg or which are requested for Expedited Shipping  are shipped otherwise. All efforts are made to ensure speedy, safe deliveries to our customers.
• Almost all of our product listings are with standard shipping , which unfortunately do not provide tracking at an international level. This is because we want all of our products to be at an easy reach of every customer by charging a normal postage value . However, if a customer purchases more than four different items , we may send the items via Recorded Delivery  at the sellers discretion.
• All orders are dispatched within the same business day if purchase is made by 2:00 pm;  or else they will be dispatched within 24 Hours after the cleared payment into our Pay Pal account.
• If the customer desires a different shipping method  (i.e. Recorded Delivery, Express Courier Delivery, etc.), then please send us a message before the payment. The customer will receive a revised invoice with its additional charge.
• Once the customer's payment is cleared , their order is shipped within 24 hours . At times, there may be a delay depending on stock unavailability . If that is the case, we will notify the customer within 12 hours , the customer may choose to continue with the orderor ask for a full refund .

Shipping Discounts

• Additional Quantity Discount : This is an automatic discount; it works when the customer buys more than one item of the same product via filling the desired quantity in the QTY box.
• Combined Shipping Discount : This type of discount is requested by the customer when he/she makes multiple purchases.

For Combined shipping discount, refer to the following:

2:  Repeat the same process as in Step 1 for any other item(s).

3:  Once you have added all the items you want, please click at the option that says "Request Seller Totals"  from the Cart Area.

4:  eBay will then allow us to revise the invoice and apply shipping discounts onto your invoice.

5:  We will send you a revised invoice notification that you may receive into your eBay message inbox.

6:  Once you review the invoice and are happy with your totals, Please go ahead and pay via "PayPal" option within the invoice.

Return Policy

• If you are experiencing problems  with your delivery or have a problem with the product you have received, please SEND US MESSAGE  via ebay messaging system. We will get back to you within 12-24 hours  of your message and resolve your stated issue.
• If for some reason you are not satisfied  with our product, please send us a message and we will either send you a brand new replacement  or refund your money. However, we will ask you to return our product(s) is in its original packaging  and in its new condition.
• If our returned product(s) has a manufacturing fault , we will be more than happy to compensate your postage  costs for returning the item(s). Unlike other sellers your money is a trust given to us and belongs to you until you are satisfied with your product(s) bought.
