Warrior 500kg 240v Electric Hoist with Air Socket

Our compact, general purpose 240v electric hoist is ideal for all manner of lifting and pulling work.  This model is now fitted with a fantastic new quick release air socket on the hand control lead means that the hand control can be quickly and easily unplugged and replaced by an optional wireless control (sold separately). The included mounting enable easy installation onto box section of up to 46mm x 46mm.  This hoist is fitted with a 2.75m long wired hand control with power in & power out facility. Conforms to BS EN14492 standard with built in upper and lower limit switches and thermal overload on the motor for added safety. The duty cycle of this winch is S3 - 20% on a 10 minute cycle.  Simply translated this means that the unit can be used continuously for 2 minutes before an 8 minute cool down period is required.  The load holding break will ensure that your load is held safely during down time. Where goods are available from stock, orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday will normally be subject to same day dispatch.  There are no dispatch or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Statutory Holidays.

We will always aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible with most of our UK deliveries being shipped using TNT and DPD next day services.  Where any single item weighs over 80kg a pallet delivery service may be used, we would then contact you to discuss delivery.

We offer free delivery to most UK addresses based on delivery zones which are set by our carriers.  This covers most of the UK but may not apply to more remote areas such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or Offshore areas. If you think you may be in a remote location, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Whilst the majority of orders are delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed and parcels are not considered missing or lost until they are 48hrs past the expected delivery window.

We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required.  The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packing charges and any original shipping charges are non refundable.

Goods should be returned in a condition suitable for resale and where possible should be returned in their original packaging.

Goods which are manufactured specifically for an order and shipped correctly are not returnable.

If the wrong item is received it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.  Arrangements will then be made for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched.

We supply all of our products with a 12 month return to base warranty from date of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product details. Where the manufacturer warranty exceeds this 12 month period, any warranty claims will need to be claimed by the customer, directly from the manufacturer.

If a product is found to be faulty on receipt, it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 30 days.  Arrangements will then be made for the faulty item to be collected to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

After this 30 day period it will be the responsibility of the buyer to mail, ship or otherwise deliver the item to a Mainland UK Address specified by us (the seller) at time of claiming. Subject to the buyers compliance with the warranty procedure, any products that are found to be defective will be repaired/replaced (at our discretion) and returned to the buyer without charge.

Any warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, failure to comply with any installation or maintenance instructions provided (including but not limited to any supplied Owners Manual or as detailed within the listed product information, alteration or modification by any parties other than the manufacturer, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, Acts of God, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of the Seller after delivery.
